Joe Gallant is a Licensed Private Investigator; Licensed through the Massachusetts State Police Department (MA. PI License NO. P-1084) and is also a Constable.

Joe began the RIS Operations in 2002 specializing in conducting surveillance, and reporting on Workers Compensation Insurance Claims and Auto and Liability Claims.

Since 2002 RIS has significantly expanded its list of services and most recently, in 2009, Joe became certified as a Fire Investigator through the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy.
